The public website www.fun4road.be is created and/or operated through the Wix.com platform. Fun4Road technical subdomains may be hosted by OVH/OVHcloud.

Unless Fun4Road gives prior written consent, any reproduction, extraction, reuse, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

The user undertakes to use the website and web apps normally, fairly and in accordance with their intended purpose. It is forbidden to attempt to access unauthorised areas, disrupt the operation of the services, massively extract data or bypass security measures.

Fun4Road endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but does not guarantee the complete absence of errors, omissions or interruptions. Published information may be changed at any time. Digital tools related to roadbooks and maps are practical aids; safety instructions, traffic rules, organiser instructions and the official roadbook remain the priority.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Fun4Road has no control over those websites and cannot be held liable for their content, availability or data protection policy.

Fun4Road cannot be held liable for indirect damage or losses resulting from use of the website, a connection problem, incorrect phone configuration, refusal of geolocation, service interruption or non-compliant use. During car events, the driver remains solely responsible for their driving, compliance with traffic rules and safety instructions.
